Withdrawal declaration
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you acquired physical possession of the goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the company under the name of Christina Felix Kotanidou, located in Pefka Thessaloniki, at 82 Papanikolaou Street, P.C. 57010, (e-mail: info@inhypeboutique.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration of exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
The products purchased must be returned in their original condition accompanied by the relevant sales document (receipt – invoice). The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 3e to 3k of Law No. 2251/1994 does not apply a) to the supply of goods which can be altered or expire soon, b) to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return, for health protection or hygiene reasons, and which have been unsealed after delivery, c) to the supply of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalised and d) to the supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all monies received from you, including delivery charges (excluding additional charges due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such refund unless you propose a different means of refund (from the one you used in the original transaction) in which case you will be charged any fees incurred by www.inhypeboutique.com for using such different means, which (fees) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. We are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You must send back the goods or deliver them to our store without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days of the day you tell us that you are withdrawing from this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
The necessary handling is necessarily carried out in a manner which you would have been allowed in any physical shop.
Specifically in the return of products and money
a)Refund of money:
Especially for cases of payment by you by cash on delivery to your postal address noted, or in any case it is not possible to refund by the means you used in the original transaction, your refund, in case of withdrawal, will be made, upon request, by deposit in your bank account at no cost to you.
b) You can return the products as follows:
You can send the product to our online store, at 82 Papanikolaou Street, in Pefka Thessaloniki, P.C. 57010. After packing the product, if it has been unpacked, with its packaging materials, enclose the sales document (invoice – receipt) as well as a relevant withdrawal document and send the products with a sender’s charge. We recommend using the courier company that delivered the product to you.
In the case of repeated returns by the consumer, www.inhypeboutique.com, reserves the right to refuse to accept a product return due to abuse of the right of withdrawal or replacement of our products (Article 281 CC). In this case, the consumer is liable for any costs incurred due to the misuse of his rights.
If the above legal procedure is not followed or the legal requirements for accepting the return of the product are not met, then the product will be returned to the consumer, who will be charged with the costs of packaging and shipping to the consumer.
